UDR Inc. has closed on a $154 million luxury apartment complex in Washington,
D.C., as part of a joint venture with Kuwait Finance House (KFH). The
Highlands Ranch-based real estate investment trust (NYSE: UDR) and its joint-
venture partner bought the 292-unit 1301 Thomas Circle in Washington — less
than a mile from the White House — continuing a year of big apartment complex
