Determining the rental amount on your home is not necessarily easy to do without access to your local Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Since you typically have to be a Realtor to have access to the MLS, this now becomes somewhat troublesome to figure out the approximate rental amount? You could go to Realtor.com, Century21.com or other websites to find out what other properties are renting for in your area, but you need to know what YOUR home will rent for? There is only one solution; you must contact your local Residential Property Manager to get information about your home.
